Terms & Conditions – Sia Nails and Spa

Welcome to Sia Nails and Spa (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking an appointment, visiting our spa, or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

1. Appointments & Scheduling

• Appointments may be booked online, over the phone at (403) 972-0767, or in person at our location.
• We encourage arriving 10 minutes early to ensure a relaxed experience and on-time service.
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time, with the full service fee still applicable.

2. Cancellations & No-Show Policy

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service fee.

3. Payments

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
• Expired promotions and gift cards will not be honored.

5. Service Disclaimer

• Our technicians strive to deliver services safely and professionally. However, individual results may vary.
• Sia Nails and Spa is not responsible for any adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities.
• Please inform your technician of any medical concerns, allergies, or conditions before starting your service.

6. Health & Safety

• We follow strict sanitation and sterilization practices to maintain a safe environment.
• If you show signs of contagious illness, we may reschedule your appointment for the safety of our staff and clients.
• Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

7. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

• Service fees are non-refundable once completed.
• If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us within 24 hours so we can offer a correction where possible.
• Products purchased are final sale and cannot be returned once opened.

8. Website & Online Use

• Content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of Sia Nails and Spa and may not be copied or used without written consent.
• We are not responsible for third-party links or external websites that may be referenced on our site.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sia Nails and Spa shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our services, facilities, or website.
